Chalet Details
- This brand new chalet offers privacy and is located in a quiet area in Phase 5.
- It consists of 8 master bedrooms (all with sea views), a maid’s room with a master suite, a separate majlis (reception room), and 4 fully equipped kitchens.
- Ground floor: A separate majlis with its own bathroom, lounges overlooking the pool and the creek, a guest bathroom and washroom, a main kitchen, a preparation kitchen overlooking the lounge, a 4×8 meter swimming pool with a depth ranging from 80 to 160 cm, an open roof, and heating. Elevator access.
- First floor: 4 master bedrooms, all with creek views and balconies overlooking the sea and the street, plus a preparation kitchen.
- Second floor: 4 master bedrooms overlooking the creek, plus a preparation kitchen.
Top floor: A maid’s room with a master suite.
Notes
- Insurance (100) Kuwaiti dinars – to be refunded upon departure
- Prices vary according to occasions and holidays
- Entry (12:00 noon) – Departure (2:00 noon)
- Parties of all kinds are prohibited
- An amount (50-100 KD) will be deducted from the insurance in the event that the chalet is received unclean as a result of willful negligence
- Reservations for families only
- To cancel the reservation, it must be before the date of entry for a period of not less than 30 days, and an amount of 20 dinars will be deducted from the publicity and advertising fees
